Affiliate terms.

These terms govern participation in the Past Master Affiliate Programme. Creating an affiliate account means you agree to them.

1. Eligibility and approval

You must provide accurate identity, contact and payout information. Affiliate accounts are subject to review. Past Master may approve, reject or suspend participation where information cannot be verified or programme rules are breached.

2. Referral attribution

A referral is attributed when an active affiliate code is recorded during the student or school registration process. Existing accounts cannot normally be reassigned. Past Master may correct attribution where there is clear evidence of an administrative error.

3. Commission

A qualified individual subscription earns ₦200 once, after the first payment is verified. A qualified school subscription earns ₦50 per paid student per eligible month. School commission is limited to 4 paid months and expires after the four-month earning window. Advance payments longer than four months remain capped at four eligible months.

4. Qualified payments

Commission is calculated from successful, verified payments actually received by Past Master. Registrations, unpaid accounts, failed transactions, test transactions, chargebacks, refunds and fraudulent payments do not qualify. Reversed customer payments may reverse related commission.

5. Payouts

The minimum payout is ₦5000. You must provide a valid Nigerian bank account belonging to you or an authorised business. Payout requests are reviewed before transfer. A request may be delayed while attribution, identity, bank details or a customer payment is checked.

6. Promotion rules

You must describe Past Master and its prices accurately. You may not impersonate Past Master, promise unapproved discounts, send unlawful unsolicited messages, bid on misleading brand terms, create fake accounts or use deceptive claims. You are responsible for complying with applicable advertising, privacy and electronic-communications rules.

7. Self-referrals and manipulation

You may not earn from your own subscription, duplicate identities, fabricated schools, recycled payment accounts or coordinated transactions created mainly to generate commission. Past Master may withhold or reverse affected commission and suspend the account.

8. Programme changes

Past Master may change future commission rates, qualification rules or payout processes by publishing updated terms. A change does not reduce commission already marked as paid. Continued participation after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated programme.

9. Ending participation

You may stop promoting Past Master at any time. Past Master may close or suspend an account for fraud, legal risk, abuse or material breach. Valid available commission remains subject to verification and the payout threshold.

10. Contact and records

Your affiliate dashboard is the primary record of referrals, calculations and payout status. Report an incorrect attribution or calculation promptly through Past Master’s published support channel and include the relevant customer or payment reference.

These programme terms supplement Past Master’s general Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
