These terms govern your access to Past Master websites and applications. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Accounts and eligibility

Provide accurate account information, protect your password and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access. A parent, guardian or school must authorise use by a child where applicable law requires it. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Educational service

Past Master provides practice questions, explanations, progress tools and exam simulations. It does not guarantee admission, a grade, an examination result or that practice content will appear in an official examination. Exam names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; Past Master is an independent preparation platform unless a page expressly says otherwise.

Acceptable use

You may use the service for personal learning or authorised school use. You must not copy or resell the question bank, bypass access controls, scrape the service, upload unlawful material, disrupt the platform, impersonate another person, or use the service to cheat in a live examination.

Content and intellectual property

Past Master and its licensors retain rights in the application, design and content. Your subscription gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service. If you submit feedback, you allow us to use it to operate and improve Past Master; you retain ownership of your original message.

Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

Prices and billing periods are shown before payment. Access may end when a subscription expires. To request cancellation or a refund, contact us with the payment reference. Refunds are handled under the displayed offer, payment-provider rules and applicable consumer law. Charges already consumed through substantial service use may be non-refundable where the law permits.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service accurate and available, but maintenance, connectivity failures and content corrections can occur. We may change or discontinue features and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict access for fraud, abuse, security risk, non-payment or serious breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Clauses that by nature should survive termination will remain effective.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Past Master is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to any mandatory rights in your location. Questions or complaints may be sent through the contact details published on Past Master or the in-app feedback form.
